We offer you a period of 10 days from the Order Confirmation date to return the products (except those products mentioned below, for which the right to return / exchange is excluded). In case you return the goods within the said period, you will be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products.
In the event the customer receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the aforementioned period.
The said period of return will expire after 10 days from the day the order confirmation is given. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact along with the invoice and in their original packaging, in an unwashed, unused, unaltered and undamaged condition. The product(s) shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you if the aforementioned conditioned are not met.
The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase within 7 working days. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
List of products that cannot be returned are –
- Innerwear
- Products that have been used or altered or tampered or washed.
- Items sold in sets cannot be returned individually.
- Discounted / Sale items.
Refusal of return request – we reserve the right to cancel any return request. Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding on both the parties and we shall not be hold liable or responsible for any refusal.
Return / Exchange of the products – You may write to us binibeebusiness@gmail.com and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the pick up of the products by our logistics partner. A maximum of 2 attempts will be made by our logistics partner to pick-up the product to be returned.
You are required to submit the pick up courier slip in case of any discrepancies that can arise if we don’t receive your return package.
Policy for Refund –
- You will get a full refund for the cancelled orders if the cancellation is requested before the shipping is done.
- Return of goods within 10 days from the order confirmation date – The amount shall be refunded excluding the delivery charges.
- In case of defective returns – complete refund including the delivery charges, post the defect is confirmed, will be done.
